Request a completely new piece or use an existing piece of art as inspiration.
We collect 50% up front, and then the artist gets started. The remaining 50% is due when the art is completed.
f you have a size or budget in mind that is not listed, feel free to contact me and I will always do my best to work with you.
You approve a final image of the art, and the artist insures and ships the art directly to you.
Deposit Payment: I will give you an approximate start date and then request a 50%(non refundable) deposit. I will update you on the progress of the portrait, and when its close to completion I will send a photo so you can make any final minor adjustments. With your final approval I will then send an invoice for the balance owing.
Packaging: Your portrait will be carefully and securely packaged to ensure a safe delivery. I will give you a quote for the shipping costs incurred.

Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable unless an unlikely event prevents me from doing your piece. The balance will be due on completion.
At the time of booking, I will give you an approximate timescale of when you can expect your portrait. Nearer the time I will give you an accurate start date. From the date of the booking to your expected start date it is worth trying to get some good portraits (see photography tips below).
