All orders are processed within 4-5 business days, and a shipping notice with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. We utilize trusted carriers to deliver both domestically and internationally. While Jacqueline is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur, she will proactively communicate any updates or changes regarding your shipment to keep you informed.
Returns and Refunds:
Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Refunds are only issued if the artwork arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged piece, please contact us immediately at hi@hellojacquelinemay.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
